Account & Login

Creating an account is easy:
  1. Click "Get Started" or "Sign Up" on the homepage
  2. Enter your name, email address, and create a password
  3. Click "Sign Up"
  4. You're ready to start chatting!

Currently, password reset functionality is under development. Please contact our support team at support@swasthai.live for assistance.

To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at privacy@swasthai.live with your request. We'll process your request within 7 business days.
Using SwasthAI

Be as specific and detailed as possible. For example:
  • ✅ Good: "I've had a headache for 3 days, it's on the right side, and bright light makes it worse."
  • ❌ Less helpful: "My head hurts."
You can ask in English, Hindi, or a mix of both (Hinglish).

SwasthAI currently supports English and Hindi. You can also use a mix of both languages (Hinglish), which is common in India.

Our AI typically responds within 5 seconds. Response times may vary depending on the complexity of your question and server load.

Yes! Your chat history is saved in your account. You can access it anytime by logging in and viewing the conversation history in the chat interface.
